All Inclusive Yoga Retreat
Come relax the body, revive the spirit, renew your soul and experience the Pura Vida of Costa Rica! Your week stay will be staying at the Sandpiper Inn on the beautiful black sand beach of Playa Hermosa.
Your day will start with meditation and guided yoga by our certified yoga instructors for all levels.
After, you will be off on an Adventure of a life time, from Canopy tour (zip lining through the rainforest), horseback riding out to a beautiful water fall, mud baths, surfing lessons, hiking the rainforest of Manuel Antonio National park (where you will see monkeys, sloth’s, Toucans’), Volcano and waterfall tour and much more!
Our restaurant will be filling you with all the local fresh foods of Costa Rica and prepared by our Gourmet chef! Days end will be with restorative yoga, gorgeous sunsets, refreshing drinks all designed to renew, refresh, and revive the weariest adventurer.
All levels welcome. Retreats limited to 12 guest and will fill up fast!
